Instrument Rentals

All of our instruments can be rented with a buy-out option where up to 50% of the rental fee can be applied towards purchase.

Violin, Viola, Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet, Trombone:

$150.00 (new) $100.00 (used) /12 months

Alto Sax, Cello, Baritone Horn:

$250.00 (new) $200.00 (used) /12 months

Tenor Sax:

$300.00 (new) $250.00 (used) /12 months

String Bass:

$350.00 (new) $300.00 (used) /12months

Promusic Instrument Rental Terms and Conditions

This agreement exists between the customer (“you”) renting an instrument (“the instrument”) and Promusic LLC.
Ownership of the instrument shall at all times remain with Promusic LLC. You can purchase your instrument where up to 50% of rental fee can be applied.
If you wish to continue renting the instrument, a new rental agreement must be completed.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by returning the instrument. No refunds will be given.
You may exchange your instrument within 90 days at no extra cost.
You are fully responsible for the safety of the instrument. Rental fees are used to provide basic repairs and maintenance to the instrument. Such repairs and maintenance include but are not limited to: deterioration of physical appearance such as scratches, minor dents, and imperfections in the finish, adjustments of working or moving pieces whether they affect performance or not. Items specifically excluded from coverage by rental fees include but are not limited to: parts that must be replaced, lubricants, mouthpieces, reeds, accessories, cleaning kits, strings, malicious damage, and loss or theft. Damage caused by any unauthorized work will be repaired at your expense. If your instrument is in need of repair, contact us to arrange for repair.
I, hereby authorize Promusic LLC to charge my credit card for overtime rental at $3.00 per day or the replacement value of this instrument, if lost, stolen or unreturned on the date shown on the first page of this form.
